Duluth Minnesota Fishing Guide

The area has several lakes that the captain has learned how to fish and has mastered as a fisherman. There are 5 Duluth area lakes that Blaine focuses his attention on. These lakes are gorgeous with lots of wildlife and great fishing. In just one trip you have a good chance at seeing Eagles, Pelicans, Loons, Deer, Bears and possibly a Moose. If you would like to book a trip on one of these five lakes, the captain will pick the one that the bite is currently the best, unless you would prefer to learn a different lake and its hot spots.

 Nice Eater Captain!

Black Bear

When fishing the Duluth area lakes, the captain uses several different techniques to catch walleyes. These could be fishing with jigs, spinners, bobbers, and lindy rigs. It depends on the weather and time of the year to figure out what bait technique will produce the best.

The five lakes fished are listed below:

Island lake Reservoir                                    Fish lake Reservoir                                   Rice lake Reservoir

                                                  Boulder lake Reservoir                                    Grand Lake
